Jogging Diaries #1
New year means a new health regime. I know everyone talks about they are going to get fit and this is the year to do it, blah blah…and from my own personal past experience I find it very hard to motivate myself, or I have those moments where eating a domino's pizza and tub of Ben & Jerry's is necessary.
