New for February and just in time for Valentine’s Day, is Leila Lou Eau de Parfum by Rosie Jane. Previously, my experience with Rosie Jane Cosmetics was limited to the lovely Eye Defines in Beech Tree an absolute favorite of mine. Leila Lou is a sweet feminine scent that conjures up images of Victorian ladies at their vanities with their powder puffs, though there are no powdery notes thank goodness.
