theconstantcrafter Consistency is good its comforting and you know where you are but I'm afraid its something I couldn't keep to I think I'd find sometimes having to really stretch myself to find specific subjects on certain days.
When I blog its a but like a conversation, albeit one sided. Its just what comes to me at the time . However, I am awful because I love consistency from others, selfish I know especially when I cannot stick to it.

Hellolidy I appreciate your opinions! Thanks so much for taking the time. This is exactly what I'm having issues with. I tried to follow my schedule, but I found my blog was becoming stale and a bit humdrum. I wanted everyday to be a bit of a surprise for my readers, but still keeping it consistent with my "vintage, crafty, thrifty" theme. Perhaps I should have one or two days of a scheduled topic and the others open for whatever I'm feeling that day?! Thanks again girls!

just-Jesss I like the odd "feature day" but not every day or it becomes a little predictable - one or two specific days per week where you post something regularly is great & gives you blog consistency, but a strict schedule for every day seems to limit creativity. Hope that helps!

Hellolidy Well, that's a good question. I love to stay busy, first of all! I don't have a full time job or any children. So, that helps out a lot. Things will change though....we are expecting a little baby soon! Check back in a few months ;) on 16 May 2012, 13:54

theconstantcrafter When your baby arrives you'll know all about it having had two (now 23 and 19) of my own I know what I'm talking about don't think I had a hot meal or cup of tea for at least the first year after each one was born. I must say though I never regretted it not once kids are the best thing you'll ever create. Sounds soppy but ......well you'll see what I mean soon on 16 May 2012, 16:15
