I struggle with chapped lips constantly. Plus, when I get nervous or fidgety, I sometimes bite my lower lip a bit, which isn't helping anything. Most lip balms disappear on me within moments. Other ones are so oily they make the flakes fall off of my lips in a weird way that makes my lips more chapped/dry/sore than before I had used anything. And don't get me started on Chapstick.
