Be Bicolor

Basically, there's two major ways to go about the bicolor trend, either by buying a statement piece with a pattern that screams "bicolor" all by itself, or, by pairing two items of clothing that, put together, make for a bicolor outfit. Needless to say that the second option is even bolder than the first. Especially since the bicolor trend is, well, all about color. Yes, you can play it down a bit by playing with black & white, but a pop of color, top or bottom, is highly recommended if you want to really be a 2012 "pop" star. Think a neon pink sweater over an overall white outfit or a touch of neon in the form of a pink belt over a black sweater dress. Once you've gotten used to wearing neon shades, don't be afraid to mix and not match, the most eye catching the better! Your next move can be neon pink jeans with a bright orange top, or a purple cape over a yellow dress. The color palette offers countless options so don't hesitate to be artistic and make colors count in your wardrobe! Finally, starting to warm up to brights now might make Spring come faster, Spring-Summer 2012 will be all about neon! Two tone away ladies!
